Cirque du Soleil is bringing ECHO to Hallandale Beach this winter. The touring show is scheduled to play under the Big Top at Gulfstream Park, 901 S. Federal Highway, from Wednesday, Jan. 27, through Sunday, March 14, 2027, according to the company's own schedule. A members-only presale is open now on the Cirque du Soleil site.
It will be the second winter in a row that a Cirque big top has gone up on the Gulfstream Park grounds. LUZIA, the company's show built around the culture and landscapes of Mexico, ran there from Feb. 19 to April 25, 2026, according to Gulfstream Park's event page.
The only U.S. stop on the published schedule
ECHO's tour page lists five upcoming engagements, and Hallandale Beach is the only one in the United States. The show is in Guadalajara through Sunday, Nov. 1, then moves to Mexico City from Nov. 12 to Jan. 3. After its run at Gulfstream Park, the published schedule picks up in Italy: Milan from May 6 to June 13, 2027, and Trieste from June 24 to July 25.
Cirque lists the engagement under Miami on its ticketing pages, but the venue address it gives is Gulfstream Park Racing in Hallandale Beach, on Gulfstream Way off Federal Highway. Anyone searching for tickets should look under Miami, Florida.
What ECHO is
Cirque du Soleil describes ECHO as its 20th big top production. The story follows a character named FUTURE and her dog, Ewai, who come across a mysterious cube and set off on a journey in which they meet human and animal characters. Over the course of the show those characters work together to rebuild their world piece by piece. The cube is the centerpiece of the set, and the company says it changes shape during the performance.
The show combines acrobatics with music, lighting and projection. Cirque frames its themes as the connection between people and animals and the idea that small actions shape the world around us.
The running time is 125 minutes, including a 25-minute intermission. Cirque rates ECHO for families and all ages, while noting on its group page that the show has loud moments and some dark scenes, and it leaves it to parents to decide. Every child over the age of 2 needs a ticket.
How to get tickets now
The current sale is a presale for Cirque Club members. Membership is a free account on the Cirque du Soleil website, and signing up gives access to presales, a newsletter and member offers. Cirque has not posted a date for general public sale on the Hallandale Beach ticket page.
Tickets can be bought on the Cirque du Soleil website, by phone through customer service at 1-877-924-7783, or at the box office on site once the big top is up. The box office takes cash and debit cards, and Cirque says it sits in front of the tent. Accessible seating can be booked online, and the customer service line handles specific requests.
Groups of 10 or more can book through Cirque's group sales program, which offers discounted rates, seats together and flexible payment. The company also lists a VIP Experience for the Hallandale Beach run, which includes a separate hospitality tent next to the Big Top with drinks, canapés and photos with performers.
Before you go
Outside food and drink are not allowed on the big top site. Cirque runs its own concession area, the ECHO Terrasse, with hot dogs, nachos, soft drinks, wine and beer. Flash photography is not allowed during the show. Phones and small pocket cameras are allowed for photos without flash and short videos held below shoulder height.
