Eudēmonia is the health and longevity summit that fills downtown West Palm Beach Nov. 5 to 8. This year it is adding its first nighttime concert series, and it is open to people who are not attending the summit. On Friday, Nov. 6, a sunset 5K starts and ends at Meyer Amphitheater and is followed by a full set from the dance duo SOFI TUKKER. On Saturday, Nov. 7, the indie folk band The Head and the Heart headlines the same stage, with Wilderado opening.

The organizers call the two-night series Eudēmonia at Night. Eudēmonia Summit and Related Ross produce it together, and both nights are ticketed public events. A summit badge does not get you into either concert, and a concert ticket does not get you into the summit.

Friday: Run the Night 5K with SOFI TUKKER

Doors at Meyer Amphitheater, 104 Datura St., open at 5 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 6. That is when runners collect their bibs and wristbands. At 7 p.m. everyone leaves the venue together for the 5K, which follows the Intracoastal and loops back into the amphitheater. The organizers say the race is not timed and walking is fine. Mango & Ginger play at 7:30 p.m., and SOFI TUKKER takes the stage at 8:30 p.m.

General admission is $99. It covers race registration, an official runner's bib, the opening set and SOFI TUKKER's full headlining show. The Premium Palms VIP package was $225 and is listed as sold out. It added a raised viewing deck, private bars, food and drink tastings, wellness activities and private restrooms. Runners must be 13 or older, but the concert itself is open to all ages.

Food trucks and pop-up vendors will sell food all evening, along with juices, mocktails, coffee and other drinks. Alcohol will also be sold, and the event page suggests waiting until after the run. The venue holds 5,000 people. There is a free, staffed bag check for one bag per person. Allowed bags are small purses up to 6 by 8 by 3 inches, clear bags up to 12 by 6 by 12 inches, and empty hydration packs up to 2.5 liters. All bags are searched.

Saturday: The Head and the Heart with Wilderado

On Saturday, Nov. 7, doors open at 6 p.m. Wilderado plays at 7 p.m. and The Head and the Heart at 8:30 p.m. Food, drinks and wellness activities will be available across the venue.

General admission is $69. The Premium Palms VIP upgrade is $149 and comes with the same deck, bar and restroom perks as Friday's VIP package.

Skip the line: pick up wristbands early

The organizers strongly recommend collecting wristbands before the show. Pickup is at the Eudēmonia registration desk inside the Palm Beach County Convention Center, 650 Okeechobee Blvd. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 5, and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Friday, Nov. 6. For the Saturday concert, pickup also runs 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7. Bring a photo ID and your order confirmation. The person who bought the tickets can pick up wristbands for everyone on the order.

The summit around it

The concerts come with the summit's third year. Speakers on the 2026 lineup include Andrew Huberman, Tom Brady, Elle Macpherson, Kelly Slater, Rich Roll and Gary Brecka. Sessions cover sleep, nutrition, heart health, hormones, brain health and longevity.

Summit badges are sold separately:

  • Standard four-day badge: $1,099
  • Enhanced four-day badge: $1,599
  • One-day badges: from $349
  • Three-day pass to EXPOSŌME only, the health and technology expo running Nov. 6 to 8: $129. The expo lists more than 160 exhibiting brands, three stages and more than 20 book signings.

Discounts are offered for students, military members, veterans and first responders, and need-based scholarships are available.

Getting there

The organizers suggest ride share or a car service because the area will be busy. The city's Banyan and Evernia, CityPlace/Rosemary Square, Phillips Point and Governmental Center garages are each about a five-minute walk from the amphitheater. Accessibility questions go to [email protected].

Tickets for both nights are on sale at eudemonia.net/tickets. The 5K and SOFI TUKKER is Friday, Nov. 6: doors at 5 p.m., run at 7 p.m. The Head and the Heart is Saturday, Nov. 7: doors at 6 p.m. Both are at Meyer Amphitheater, 104 Datura St., West Palm Beach.
