The Green Market Pompano Beach opens its new season Saturday, Nov. 14, in a new home: the Pompano Beach Cultural Center campus at 50 W. Atlantic Blvd., just east of Dixie Highway. Presented by the Pompano Beach Historical Society and the City of Pompano Beach, the market runs on the second and fourth Saturday of every month from November through April, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and admission is free.

What you can buy

The market brings together farm-fresh produce, artisanal juices and baked goods, locally sourced honey and seafood, exotic orchids, handmade crafts, art and wellness products. Vendors who have sold at the market include Anita's Guacamole, Coffee Tempo, Chocolate Diva Bakes, Honey Smak, In a Pickle, Panda Natural Soaps, Slice of Europe and Pet Wants.

Every booth is run by a single approved vendor in a space of about 10 feet by 10 feet, and spaces cannot be shared or resold.

A morning that starts with yoga

The market's Saturdays follow a set rhythm. From 9 to 10 a.m., Nzingah Oniwosan leads a free yoga class. From 10 a.m. to noon, there are kids' crafts. DJ Trish plays throughout the morning, and shopping runs the full four hours.

The season's dates

The market opens Nov. 14 and returns Nov. 28. In December it runs Dec. 12 only, since Dec. 26 is closed for the holiday. The 2027 dates are Jan. 9 and 23, Feb. 13 and 27, March 13 and 27, and April 10 and 24.

Parking and getting there

The Cultural Center shares its campus with the city library. There is parking at City Hall and on the south side of the Cultural Center and library campus.

More on the campus

The Cultural Center is also where the city stages its own theater season. Pompano Players present Gutenberg! The Musical! there on weekends from Nov. 6 to 15, which puts a market Saturday, Nov. 14, inside the show's run.

Selling at the market

Vendors sign up with the 2026-2027 vendor form on the city's website and send it to [email protected]. All vendors must be approved by the market's vendor manager. The booth fee is $40 plus 7 percent sales tax and Eventbrite fees.
