Boca Raton's Holiday POPS concert comes back to Mizner Park Amphitheater on Saturday, Dec. 5, for its third year, and this time the evening starts an hour early for families. A new pre-show called the POPS Pop-Up runs from 6 to 7 p.m. with Nutcracker characters, cookie decorating and glitter tattoos for kids, before the concert begins at 7.

The City of Boca Raton presents the night. On stage is The Symphonia Boca Raton, led by conductor John Gennaro Devlin, joined by the FAU Chamber Singers and Schola Cantorum of Florida under chorus master Patricia Fleitas, for a program of holiday classics.

What is new this year

The Pop-Up is the addition. The Symphonia lists it as free with concert admission, so there is no separate ticket for the kids' activities: arrive when doors open at 6 p.m. and the pre-show is already underway.

The conductor is also new to this concert. When The Symphonia played the Holiday POPS on Dec. 6, 2025, Jacomo Bairos was on the podium. This year Devlin leads the orchestra.

Who is performing

The holiday program at Mizner Park pairs The Symphonia with two choral groups from Florida Atlantic University: the FAU Chamber Singers and Schola Cantorum of Florida, both prepared by Fleitas.

Tickets

Tickets are sold through The Symphonia, not the amphitheater box office. The orchestra's event page for the 2026 concert has the ticket link, and its box office can be reached at (561) 376-3848 or [email protected] for help choosing seats.

Getting there

The concert is outdoors at Mizner Park Amphitheater in downtown Boca Raton. Doors open at 6 p.m., and the concert starts at 7.
