The French fashion house Chloé now has its own boutique in Palm Beach, inside The Royal Poinciana Plaza at 340 Royal Poinciana Way. The plaza's tenant directory places the shop in Suite M313B, and Chloé's own store locator lists it as Chloé Palm Beach, open seven days a week. For island residents, that puts the label close to home, with no drive south to Miami-Dade County required.
Where to find the new shop
The Royal Poinciana Plaza's street address is 340 Royal Poinciana Way, Palm Beach, FL 33480. Chloé's space is Suite M313B. The plaza is laid out around two central courtyards, so the easiest approach is to enter through the courtyards and follow the storefronts from there.
Chloé's store locator gives the boutique's phone number as 561-293-7241. The plaza's own main line, listed on its website, is 561-440-5441, and that is the number for general questions about parking, events or other tenants.
Hours
Both Chloé and the plaza list the same schedule for the boutique:
- Monday through Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
- Sunday: 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The plaza notes on its tenant pages that hours can change and that shoppers should check with each business directly, so it makes sense to call ahead before a special trip, especially around the holidays.
About the label
According to the plaza's tenant page, Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an early champion of high-end ready-to-wear clothing at a time when fashion houses centered on made-to-order couture. Its current creative director is Chemena Kamali, who leads the women's collections.
Chloé's lines cover ready-to-wear, handbags, shoes, eyewear and accessories. The brand's summer capsule, Chloé à la Plage, shows the kind of resort pieces that suit a beach town: raffia and woven totes, bucket bags, sun hats and visors, espadrille wedges and flat sandals, swimwear, scarves and oversized sunglasses. Chloé's website presents that capsule as its 2026 summer line, so what is on the racks in Palm Beach will follow the house's seasonal deliveries as winter approaches.
Shoppers who want one-on-one time with a sales associate can use the Book an Appointment option on Chloé's store page for the Palm Beach boutique. Chloé's website offers the same service for each of its stores.
A plaza with decades on the island
The Royal Poinciana Plaza opened in 1957 and was restored in 2017 to its original mid-century look, according to the plaza's own history. Its two courtyards were planned with European shopping arcades such as the Palais Royal in Paris in mind, and today the grounds hold shops, restaurants and open-air space for seasonal events.
Chloé joins a lineup there that already includes Bottega Veneta, Dr. Barbara Sturm, Veronica Beard and others. The plaza's homepage also lists Mira Mikati and Zimmermann as coming soon, so the courtyards are set to keep filling in through the season.
Before this, the closest Chloé boutique for Palm Beach County residents was at Bal Harbour Shops, at 9700 Collins Avenue in Bal Harbour. That store remains open every day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., according to Chloé's store locator, and is now one of two Chloé boutiques in Florida.
