For the first time since 2019, NASCAR will crown its champions in South Florida. Homestead-Miami Speedway hosts Championship Weekend from Friday, Nov. 6, through Sunday, Nov. 8, with a title race in each of the sport's three national series: the Craftsman Truck Series on Friday night, the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series on Saturday evening and the Cup Series on Sunday afternoon.

The Cup title is the end of NASCAR's postseason, which the track bills as The Chase: 26 regular-season races followed by a 10-race playoff that finishes in Homestead. With eight of those ten races run, the speedway's own standings show Kyle Larson leading after his overtime win at Talladega, 73 points clear, with Denny Hamlin second and Christopher Bell third. Two races remain before the field arrives in Miami-Dade County.

Friday: the trucks under the lights

Campers start loading in earlier in the week. On Friday, Nov. 6, spectator gates and hospitality open at 2 p.m., and the Fan Zone opens at the same time and stays open until the checkered flag. Cup Series practice runs on track from 5:30 to 6:20 p.m. Truck Series drivers are introduced at 7:10 p.m., and the Craftsman Truck Series Championship Race starts at 7:30 p.m., with that series' champion celebrated on track afterward.

Saturday: the O'Reilly title, then a concert

On Saturday, Nov. 7, parking lots open at 10 a.m. and gates and the Fan Zone at 12:30 p.m. The O'Reilly Auto Parts Series championship contenders take questions at the NASCAR Experience from 2:30 to 2:45 p.m., drivers are introduced at 4:25 p.m., and the O'Reilly Auto Parts Series Championship Race goes green at 5 p.m. After the race, Orlando Mendez plays a post-race concert at the NASCAR Experience from 8 to 9:30 p.m.

Sunday: the Cup championship

Race day opens early. Parking lots open at 8 a.m., and gates, hospitality and the Fan Zone open at 10 a.m. The morning brings driver appearances, including Daniel Suárez at the Freeway Insurance display from 11 to 11:30 a.m. and Chase Briscoe at the Toyota Racing Experience from 11:15 to 11:30 a.m. At noon, track president Guillermo Santa Cruz hosts a championship toast in the Jose Cuervo Party Pit in the Fan Zone.

The Cup Series championship contenders take questions on the frontstretch from 12:30 to 12:45 p.m. A pre-race concert follows at 1 p.m., drivers are introduced at 2:15 p.m., and the NASCAR Cup Series Championship Race starts at 3 p.m. Fans can reach the post-race Cup celebration on track through crossover gates 1 and 3.
