Vinny's Cafe, the Boca Raton wrap shop whose chicken Caesar wrap built a following online, is now serving in Jupiter. The second Vinny's location is open at 5440 Military Trail, Suite 17, in Abacoa Plaza, and it is serving every day from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

The wrap that started it

The menu at the new shop mirrors the original on West Yamato Road in Boca Raton, and the item most people come for is the chicken Caesar wrap: romaine, chicken breast, parmesan, croutons and Caesar dressing rolled into a tortilla, listed at $16.35. A Supreme version adds sun-dried tomatoes, bacon crumbles, roasted red peppers and anchovy for $18.35, and a roast beef Caesar wrap is $18.35. Every wrap can be made with a gluten-free tortilla for $2 more.

Wraps are only part of the board. Each wrap on the menu also comes as a salad, usually for a dollar more, from a Greek and a fajita to a seared ahi tuna with thai peanut dressing and a honey ginger shrimp with kale, arugula and rice noodles.

The rest of the menu

  • Sandwiches: a French dip built on 10 ounces of freshly cooked top round with caramelized onions, provolone and au jus ($18.85), a BBLT with 10 slices of bacon ($16.40), a club and a turkey club.
  • Paninis: four, including a Campagnolo with chicken, roasted red peppers, provolone, arugula and pesto mayonnaise ($14.40).
  • Quesadillas: six, from cheese ($12.70) to a roast beef version with mushrooms, peppers and jalapeños ($14.70).
  • Kids: grilled cheese and a PB&J, $7.70 each.

Hours, for now

Jupiter's hours are shorter than Boca's. The Jupiter shop is listed at 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily, while the Boca Raton location runs 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Both locations take online orders and catering orders through the Vinny's website, which lets a customer order ahead and skip the line at the counter.
